We strive to see all patients within 1 hour of arrival at the Clinic. However, depending on the time of day and time of year, wait times could be longer.

-
We are open for everyone – whether you have a pediatrican at the Thrive Kids Clinic or not.
-
After visiting at our Walk-in Clinic, please follow up with your own primary care physician.
How to Get a Walk-In Appointment
We offer in-person appointments only.

The mornings that our Walk-In Clinic is open, we create a new daily list of patients that need to be seen by one of our pediatricans.

To get added to our daily list, patients must do one of the following:
-
Call us at 416-849-2260 Ext. 1 and request to be added to the daily list
-
Book an Appointment Online* to be added to the daily list
-
Walk into the Clinic and request to be added to the daily list
*Important: When you book an appointment online, you will get an 'appointment time', which adds you to our daily list based on the time of the request. This is not time that you will be seen.
How Long Are Wait Times for Walk-Ins?
When you arrive in person, you may be seen right away or sometimes you have to wait up to 1 hour to be seen.

It may look like there are patients that walk into the clinic after you and are being seen before you, but we see patients based on the daily list.

Any estimates that staff may give about wait times can be changed based on the events of the day. Please be patient as you wait to get healthcare services at our Clinic. We are all doing the best we can and appreciate your support.
If your baby is experiencing any of the following urgent care/sick concerns, we recommend you visit our Walk-In Clinic.

Every patient brings different issues to our physicians which takes varying amounts of time.
