January 2026 Newborns: If your baby was born (or is due) this month, we have a spot for you, please ask your OB, Midwife, Doctor to send us a referral.

Official Waitlist: We are currently contacting families from our existing waitlist in order.

Consultations for Pediatric Medical Issues

PHYSICIAN REFERRAL

We are accepting pediatric medical care referrals for consultations/evaluation for medical issues, developmental delay, ADHD evaluations and Gender Affirming care. Once we receive the referral, we will call to book an appointment.

Booking an Appointment

If you input an email for your appointment confirmation, you will be able reschedule or cancel your appointment online with the email you used to schedule an appointment.

If you did not list an email, you may call our office at 416-849-2260 to cancel or reschedule an appointment. While the system allows you to reschedule at any time, our clinic requires a 24-hour notice for cancellations of your scheduled appointment as to allow the doctors ample opportunity to care for other patients. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may result in cancellation charges.

Yes you do have to book to come in.

Prescription refill without a visit is not covered by OHIP. A fee will be charged, please call the clinic to pay. After that you can go to your pharmacist, and ask to fill out a prescription renewal request form. Once completed, and payment has been made this request should be approved by your doctor same day. You will be able to pick up your drug supply at the pharmacy. For urgent refills, your pharmacist will be able to supply an emergency short-term supply without doctor authorization.
