At Thrive Kids Clinic, we are committed to providing a seamless and hassle-free experience for families whether you're looking for a newborn exam or baby circumcision. We understand the importance of clear and transparent policies and procedures, and we have provided the following information to ensure the best patient experiences.
Thrive Kids Clinic takes the confidentiality of our patients's health information seriously. Unless required by law, we will not disclose any details regarding the health of our patients without prior consent from the parent or guardian.
We offer convenient appointment scheduling options, including online scheduling and same-day appointments. Our team is available to answer any questions you may have and to help you find a time that works best for you and your child.
We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of your control. However, we also value the time of our patients and their families, and we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

If you are running late, please give us a call to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 41+ minutes late.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can arise that prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. However, when patients do not show up for their appointment without cancelling in advance, it creates gaps in our schedule that could have been filled with other patients who need care.
Therefore, we have implemented the following No Show Policy to minimize the impact of missed appointments on our patients and our practice.
First Missed Appointment: If you miss your first appointment without giving us adequate notice (at least 24 hours), we will send you a reminder about the importance of keeping your scheduled appointments.
Second + Missed Appointment: If you miss a second appointment without giving us adequate notice, $100 fee will be charged.
You will pay a $100 deposit when you schedule your procedure.
The deposit will be applied against the procedure cost, so you will just pay the balance at the appointment.
The deposit is lost if you don’t show up for your appointment or cancel with less than a weeks’ notice.
We accept cash, credit and debit.

If you join a online discussion group, we may ask you to volunteer personal information such as your name and email address for the purposes of effective administration of the discussion group. In some cases, our groups are limited to member only discussions and as such can not be accessed by the general public. We will notify you as to whether you are joining a closed (limited) or open (public) discussion.
