Thrive Kids Clinic is now accepting eReferrals for Newborn and Pediatric Care through Ocean eReferral.

At Thrive Kids Clinic, we work closely with healthcare providers to ensure that every child receives the best possible care. If you are a physician looking to refer a patient to our practice, we would be honored to provide the care they need.

We are dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive pediatric care and are committed to working as a team with referring physicians to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Specialized Referral Form: We are now accepting referrals evaluation consults for medical issues, developmental delay ADHD evaluations, breast feeding/lactation consultation (covered by OHIP), and Adolescent Medicine Specialist (anxiety, depression, eating disorder)

No autism evaluations at this point.

January 2026 Newborns: If your baby was born (or is due) this month..
Official Waitlist: Families we are currently contacting in order..

We are not accepting general transfers or patients born outside of January at this time..

The referral must be under the child's name not the parent. Child must be born.
