Thrive Kids Clinic is now accepting eReferrals for Newborn and Pediatric Care through Ocean eReferral.

At Thrive Kids Clinic, we work closely with healthcare providers to ensure that every child receives the best possible care. If you are a physician looking to refer a patient to our practice, we would be honored to provide the care they need.

We are dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive pediatric care and are committed to working as a team with referring physicians to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Specialized Referral Form: We are now accepting referrals evaluation consults for medical issues, developmental delay ADHD evaluations, breast feeding/lactation consultation (covered by OHIP), and Adolescent Medicine Specialist (anxiety, depression, eating disorder)

No autism evaluations at this point.

Join our bridge clinic to wait for a spot at Thrive Kids Clinic

A referral is still required to join our primary care practice - the referral must be under the child's name not the parent. Child must be born.

You may get a referral an join our bridge clinic and when a spot opens up you will be our patient for primary care.
